Westward care announce three new appointments
Westward Care, one of Leeds’ most trusted providers of tailored living and social care for older people, have announced three new appointments across the business as they continue to focus on responding and adapting to the changing culture of care.
Based at Westward Care’s Southlands Care Home and Independent Living Apartments in Roundhay, Laura Clegg joins as a General Manager. Working with the team, Laura will look to continue making a difference in the care sector and ensure that Southlands continues to serve and support the local community. Having been in nursing for over 30 years, Laura has a wealth of knowledge to help shape the tailored living and care options available to residents.

Helen has over 40 years of experience, and will be exploring how Westward Care can support professionals, older people and their families make informed choices about the options available at Westward Care. Helen will support potential new residents, informing them and their families of the options available and providing assistance from their first enquiry through to moving and settling in with the wider Westward Care community.
Managing the day-to-day running of the nursing unit, Nadine Padgett joins the team at Pennington Court as a Nurse Manager. Committed to helping Westward Care continue to provide high quality, tailored care, Nadine has spent the past five years working within the Leeds community to gain her District Nursing qualification.
